Company’s team consists of thirty eight young, qualified and high motivated full-time employees, assigned at the following departments: “Current operative accounting”, “Accounting and tax consultations”, “Team for elaboration of accounting policies and introduction of accounting software”, “Human resources", “Assistant personnel”.

Part of company’s common practice is for the purposes of particular projects to engage skilled employees of the company, as well as to involve approved specialists from the respective field, as well as at least one employee in course of training.

The company has entered into contract with external consultants in the person of Mr. Ivo Evgeniev Evgeniev and Mr. Zahary Bochev.

Mr. Ivo Evgeniev Managing Director of ECM Bulgaria. Mr. Evgeniev holds an MBA degree from the top non-US Business School INSEAD (France). Prior to heading ECM Bulgaria, Mr. Evgeniev worked with UBS Warburg and Deutsche Bank in London. He is specialized in corporate turnarounds, strategy and corporate finance.

Mr. Zahary Bochev Co-Managing Director of ECM Bulgaria. In the last seven years Mr. Bochev graduated from the University of Dallas in the US.
