1. “Khan Asparuh” JsC Isperih - public company with
accounting policy, based on the International Accounting
Standards. The biggest factory for faiance and terra-cotta
production in Bulgaria. Monthly capacity is 600 000
square metres. Consultations and operative assistance in
the course of shifting the company from national to the
international accounting standards. Monthly
consultations in the field of accounting, tax
consultations, as well as consultations for social and
health insurance.
2. “Khan Omurtag” JsC Shumen - works for tiles
production. Monthly capacity 80 000 square metres. Uses
all services of the accounting house
3. “Bessa Valley Winery” Ltd. - Current activity -
establishment of wine-cellar for wine production
4. “Bessa Valley” Ltd. - local legal entity, with
activity investment in planting 2 000 decares vine
plants
5. “Industrialen Fond” JsC investment company- one of
the few investment companies in Bulgaria. Active share
on the securities market on Bulgarian stock exchange.
6. “Rent Logistic” Ltd. - transport company,
rendering the service cargoes and passengers
transportation.
7. “Hidroizomat” JsC - HYDROIZOMAT is situated in
Sofia and is the biggest producer of bitumen
hydroinsulating sheets and membranes in Bulgaria. They
produce and offer not only hydroinsulating roll products,
but varied types of bitumen roofing tiles. The products
are suitable for insulation of roofs, bridges, tunnels,
underground works etc.
8. “Sanoma Bliasak Bulgaria” JsC - publisher of the
magazines “Cosmopolitan, “ELLE”, National Geographic”
for Bulagria. It is a joint venture company between
Sanoma Magazines International and DD&D Ltd (Bulgarian
company). SMI is based in The Netherlands and is part of
Sanoma Magazines, the fourth biggest publisher of
magazines in Europe (some 200 brands in nine countries).
